Fees and Rebates

Initial Consult Standard Fees:

Each initial consultation includes a 50 minute* face-to-face or Zoom session, plus an additional 30 minutes of non-contact time** following your appointment:

• Grace (Junior AEP) (available from April 2026): $190
• Hannah (Senior AEP): $260
• Alanah (Senior AEP + Director): $290
• Out of Hours Fee: An out-of-hours fee of $20 applies to initial consultations held outside of standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm).

Funding and Rebate Pathways:

• Medicare - Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP):
  • Rebate: $61.80* (higher rebates may apply if you have reached the Medicare Safety Net)
  • Additional information: Up to 5 rebatable 1:1 session per calendar year. Plans are valid for 18 months. AIM processes your rebate on your behalf, and rebates are typically paid to your bank account within 1-2 business days.
• Medicare - Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Care Plan (T2DM):
  • Rebate: $79.30 (higher rebates may apply if you have reached the Medicare Safety Net)
  • Additional information: Up to 1 rebatable 1:1 session per calendar year. Plans are valid for 18 months. Able to be used in conjunction with CDMP (i.e. 5 CDMP + 1 T2DM = 6 per calendar year). AIM processes your rebate on your behalf, and rebates are typically paid to your bank account within 1-2 business days.
• NDIS - Self Managed:
  • In line with NDIS billing guidelines, self managed NDIS participants can access services at the standard consultation fees charged by each practitioner.
• NDIS - Plan Managed:
  • In line with NDIS billing guidelines, plan managed NDIS participants can access services at NDIS plan managed rates. 
  • Additional information: The 30min post-initial consult non-client facing time is billed in addition to the initial consult, at 50% of the applicable hourly NDIS rate. Furthermore, Alanah and Hannah are currently at capacity for working with plan-managed participants, however Grace will be available to support participants from April 2026.
• Private Health:
  • Rebates depend on your individual fund and level of cover.
• WorkCover Queensland:
  • Billing is in line with Queensland WorkCover rates.
• Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA):
  • Billing is in line with national DVA rates. Alanah and Hannah are currently at capacity for working with DVA participants, however Grace will be available to support participants from April 2026.
• Report Writing:
  • Please note that any additional reports or referral letters beyond the standard initial, review, and final consultation letters will be billed at the clinician’s hourly rate.

*50 minute initial consults apply for sessions accessed under Medicare and private health; 60 minute initial consults apply for sessions accessed under NDIS, Work Cover or DVA (specified by law).

**The 30 minutes of non-contact time after the initial consult is used to complete and send you your collaborative, personalised movement recommendations, provide you with access to our library of self-paced educational resources, and (with your consent) write to relevant members of your clinical team to introduce exercise physiology, outline our collaborative care plan, and invite interdisciplinary communication and coordination.

Review Consult Standard Fees:

1:1 review consults are recommended weekly to fortnightly during the first month, then weekly to monthly thereafter (or at another frequency which feels more helpful or accessible). Three and six month reviews are also recommended.

Classes:

• Free trial:  
  • A complementary trial for new clients, for both our Tuesday and Saturday classes, are available! Please contact our Admin team for more information.
• 10-Pack Upfront: 
  • Until 1 March 2026: $280 ($28/class) | From 1 March: $350 ($35/class)
  • Packs to be used within 12 months of purchase
• Casual Passes:
  • Until 1 March 2026: $35/class | From 1 March 2026: $40/class
  • Casual sessions to be used within one month of purchase

Movement Excursions:

• A $50 flat fee (covers administrative organisation and AEP attendance) will apply to each person for each excursion.
• An additional fee will be applied to excursions involving an external organisation or provider.

Rebates:

• Rebates for both classes and excursions may be available via:
• Private health: Depending upon your level of cover.
• NDIS: Depending upon your level of cover.
• Medicare Type 2 Diabetes Melitis Care Plan: Up to eight group class rebates per calendar year may apply. AIM processes your rebate for you ($19.30 per class, or more if you have reached your Medicare Safety Net), which is paid to your bank account within 1-2 days.

1:1 sessions cancellation policy: 

A late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consult amount applies to cancellations for any reason within 48 hours of the appointment (excludes weekends) and a 100% fee applies within 24 hours (excludes weekends).

Class/excursion cancellation policy: 

For classes purchased casually (i.e. at the higher rate), NO late cancellation fee applies. For classes purchased in a pack, a 100% fee applies to cancellations within 12 hours of the class (excludes weekends) for any reason. Packs are heavily discounted so cancelation fees are still lower than purchasing each class on a casual basis.
